AFTA (Art For The Abstract) is operated by Advanced Video 1 LLC, 717 S Clark St, Unit 1604, Chicago, IL 60605 (“AFTA,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the project inquiry form, we collect your name, email, and anything else you choose to give: artist, brand, or company name, your social handle, the services you are interested in, and your message. The chat bubble collects your name, email, an optional handle, and your message. The same applies when you email or call us.
• Basic site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are visited, the referring site, country, browser, and device type. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry or message, scope and quote a project, schedule calls, and deliver the work you hire us for.
• To keep records of our conversations and projects.
• To understand which pages are useful and keep the site working.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that run the site and our business, under their own privacy and security terms:

• HubSpot, which stores inquiries sent through the form and the chat bubble.
• Google Workspace, which handles our email.
• Vercel, which hosts this website and provides the analytics described above.

Pages on this site link out to YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms, and the contact section shows an embedded Google Map. Those services may collect information under their own policies when you load or visit them. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to respond, deliver work, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have additional rights under local law. Email info@aftamusic.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
