Terms and Conditions

Effective October 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Advanced Video 1 LLC, 717 S Clark St, Unit 1604, Chicago, IL 60605, doing business as AFTA (Art For The Abstract). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Projects are agreed in writing

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a binding quote. Production, photography, video, and brand work is scoped, priced, and scheduled in a separate written proposal or agreement, and that agreement governs the project. Sending an inquiry does not create a contract.

Our content

The photographs, videos, music, artwork, text, logos, and the AFTA name and marks on this site belong to AFTA, Advanced Video 1 LLC, or the artists and clients we made them with, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, download, republish, or use our content commercially without written permission.

What you send us

When you send an inquiry, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Ideas, references, or materials you send are used only to respond to you and scope your project. Ownership of any work we create together is set by your project agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, send spam or malicious code, interfere with how the site works, or try to access systems you are not authorized to access.

Links to other sites

The site links to YouTube, Instagram, Google Maps, and other services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Copyright concerns

If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email info@aftamusic.com with a description of the work, where it appears on the site, your contact information, and a statement that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We will review and respond promptly.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AFTA and Advanced Video 1 LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
